All children in Virginia deserve a first-class education, but schools in Southwest Virginia face unique challenges. Student count directly impacts funding for schools, and the population here has declined, in no small part due to increased regulations on our industries imposed by state government. Because of systematic attacks by Democrats on our way of life, our schools are aging, and our localities here in Southwest Virginia cannot afford local tax increases to make up the difference! I am fighting in Richmond for Southwest Virginia families, jobs, and schools!
