In Richmond, I am fighting for the rights of Virginians to make their own COVID-19 related health precautions. Blanket restrictions enforced by the government are inappropriate and have turned abusive. 

It is vital for our elected officials not to delegate their law-making ability to agencies, including the Virginia Department of Health, on the State of their citizens. Although there are many worthy health precautions, they must not be implemented unilaterally and without consideration of population density.

 Public health is important, however, no citizen should have to sacrifice their rights based on the will of unelected bureaucrats in Richmond. In Richmond, I will fight to make sure that Virginians can make their own health decisions regarding COVID-19; just as they do with other health matters.
